Please join us for a slide presentation by GHP Faculty member Kathy Erteman, Jan. 29th at 6pm in the Sadin Room (2nd floor) on her recent trip to China. Kathy was invited by Aid to Artisans, The Mountain Institute and USAID to visit Nixi Village in Yunnan, China, to consult with local potters and address technical and design concerns. The images and stories from this trip provide a fascinating glimpse into Tibetan life in China and the 2000 year old Black Pottery tradition. Dumplings will be served!
